All dressed up and no where to go...

So just a couple days ago my oldest was walking out the door for her team volleyball photos (GO THUNDER!) when she got the text that they had been cancelled.  Bummed that she had wasted the time getting ready she suggested maybe we should head out and have a shoot.  I, of course, jumped all over this suggestion and we were in the car within 10 minutes. No we didn't have a plan and yes we forgot things we should have remembered had we taken more time to plan - but hey, sometimes you have to seize the moment right?  We had some fun, tried some new locations, and I had the chance to try my new flash.  Just wish we would have remembered a volleyball.
